Mulberry Properties is an independently owned property asset and development company, founded by a local businessman whose family have lived and run businesses within the Woking community for over 40 years.
This legacy instils a commitment to ensure our developments and assets support the values and vision of the local community and are respectful of the environment.
Our properties are designed to be beautiful homes people aspire to live in; as well as enhance the value of the neighbourhood and quintessential character of the community. We work closely with the local authorities and use local trades wherever possible.
As a landlord, we own a portfolio of fully tenanted residential homes and commercial units based in and around central Woking. These assets are well maintained and fully managed by Bracken Homes Ltd and local estate agents.
